Press Release - National Housing Finance Signs MoU with JBS Holding Limited
A renowned financial institution, National Housing Finance PLC and well-known developer JBS Holdings Limited signed a MoU on 28/10/2025.
Mr. Mohammad Shamsul Islam, Managing Director, National Housing Finance PLC (NHFPLC) and Mr. Abdul Huque, Managing Director, JBS Holdings Ltd. signed the MoU on behalf of respective companies.
Among others, Mr. Shital Chandra Saha, SEVP & Head of Operation, Mr. Mahbubur Rashid Al-Amin, VP & Head of Business and Adviser Mr. Jahangir Alam Patwary, General Manager & Head of Sales Mr. Md. Belayet Hossain, JBS Holding Ltd. were also present in the signing ceremony.
Under this MoU, honorable apartment buyers of JBS Holdings Ltd. will get Home Loan facilities from National Housing Finance PLC with easiest terms & conditions within shortest processing time.
