After serving as an “Executive Officer” in China National Overseas Engineering Corporation (COVEC) and “First Executive Officer & Board Secretary” in Information Technology Consultants Ltd. during the period of 2003 to 2006, he joined National Housing Finance and Investments Limited as a “Senior Counselor” in 2006. After several promotions during the course of his career, he is now working as a “Vice President (VP)” in the company and also holding the position of Head of Business. He took part in various training sessions arranged by Bangladesh Bank and SouthAsia Enterprise Development Facility (SEDF).

Mr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman, M.Com in Management, started his career in 1994 as a “Senior Executive” in Elegance Orientale Ltd. Later he joined Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Ltd. in 2000 as a “Principal Officer” and served up to 2017 as a “Vice President”. Later on he joined National Housing Finance and Investments Limited in 2018 as an “Assistant Vice President” and was appointed as Head of Branch of Gazipur Branch. Currently he is working as Head of Gulshan Branch.

Mr. Mohammad Shamsul Islam has joined as Additional Managing Director of National Housing Finance and Investments Ltd. (NHFIL) in February 2021. Prior to joining as Additional Managing Director, he was Deputy Managing Director of Global Islami Bank Limited from May 2017.

Mr. M.S. Islam has more than 33 years’ experience in Banking Sector. He started his career with AB Bank Limited as Probationary Officer in the year 1989. Throughout his career at AB Bank Limited, he worked as Manager of various branches and functional Heads in different Head Office Divisions. During his banking career, Mr. M.S. Islam has undergone a number of professional trainings and seminars home and abroad. Upon retirement of current Managing Director, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. M.S. Islam as Managing Director Current Charge from May 20, 2021. Mr. M.S. Islam has been assigned as Managing Director of National Housing Finance and Investments Limited from July 16, 2021.

Mr. M.S. Islam completed his MBA in Banking from University of Dhaka and also completed Chartered Accountancy Articleship.

Mr. Md. Jahedul Islam is a CMA (Intermediate) from The Institute of Cost Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He also completed his MBA in Management Studies and M.Com in Accounting. He joined BRAC Bank Limited as a “Probationary Officer” in 2004. Later he was promoted to “Senior Principal Officer (SPO)” and served the bank till 2014. Later on he joined National Housing Finance and Investments Limited as a “First Assistant Vice President (FAVP)” in 2014. Currently he is working as Head of Rangpur Branch. He participated in various professional trainings organized by International Finance Corporation (IFC) throughout his career.

Mr. Md. Mozaharul Islam completed his Chartered Accountants (CA) Course from a reputed CA firm under “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB)”. He also completed his M.Com in Accounting. He started his career in Mostafa Group of Companies as an “Executive (Accounts & Finance)” in 2004. After that he worked in Westec Limited as a “Senior Officer (Accounts & Finance)” from 2006 to 2007. Later he joined Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. in 2007 as an “Officer (Loan)” and served up to “Assistant Manager (Loan)” till 2017. Then he joined National Housing Finance and Investments Limited as a “Manager”. At present he is working as a “Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP)” and Head of Chattogram Branch. He also obtained ITP (Income Tax Practitioner) certificate from National Board of Revenue in 2008.

Mr. Md. Mezanur Rahman, M.Com in Management, started his career at Sharjah Charity International as an “Accountant” and worked there from 2000 to 2002. Then he worked as a “Senior Executive (Accounts)” in Super Oil Refinery Limited from 2002 to 2005. Then he started his journey in financial sector in GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited as “Officer (Accounts)” and later promoted to “Assistant Manager (Accounts)”. He served there from 2005 to 2010 and after that joined MIDAS Financing Limited as “Assistant Manager”. He worked there till 2011 and then joined National Housing Finance and Investments Limited as “Deputy Manager”. Currently he is an “Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP)”. He successfully completed three & half years article ship training programme (C.A Course).

Mr. Md. Ali Tareque completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) and Masters of Information Technology from University of Dhaka (IIT, DU). He has also an MBA in Finance. He started as a “Churn Management and Business Intelligent Officer” at Banglalink in 2009. Later he joined Bangladesh Development Group as “Senior Programmer” and served there from 2011 to 2013. After that he worked in Global Insurance Ltd as “Senior Programmer” from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Md. Ali Tareque joined ERA Infotech in 2015 and worked as a “Deputy Software Architect” before joining National Housing Finance and Investments Limited in 2020. He is currently designated as a “Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP) & Head of IT. Mr. Md. Ali Tareque has certification of ACMP 4.0 (IBA, DU) and also has training on Oracle Database Administration.
